Our Team

Mohammad Yosufzada

Position: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Mohammad Yosufzada is a highly accomplished and self-motivated business owner known for his commitment to professionalism and exceptional organizational skills. With a strong focus on meeting strict deadlines and attention to detail, he excels in delivering results while maintaining high professionalism. In addition, Mohammad's excellent communication skills have earned him respect for his strong management principles and ability to build lasting client relationships. Currently serving as the Business Owner of DEEPLNAD LLC, Mohammad has been instrumental in driving the organization’s success. His role involves making accurate future staffing forecasts to ensure the timely fulfillment of route commitments, developing job descriptions aligned with compliance standards, and devising sourcing strategies to attract top talent. He actively participates in candidate selection, onboarding, and scheduling training, showcasing his commitment to building a skilled workforce. 

Mohammad's practical communication skills enable him to convey information to drivers,
dispatchers, and managers, ensuring smooth operations. He actively attends staff meetings and
collaborates with stakeholders to improve policies and enhance safety measures. Mohammad
proactively meets compliance requirements by developing policies and procedures and actively working
with the app developer team to enhance functionality.
Before his current role, Mohammad served as the Business Owner of Wattan LLC, where he successfully
managed the day-to-day operations of a busy online shopping and delivery business. He promoted retail
items through various channels, including social media and online ads, and effectively handled
purchases, deliveries, finance, banking, employee payroll, and accounts. Mohammad's multitasking
abilities and strong organizational skills were instrumental in maintaining smooth operations.
Mohammad displayed exceptional leadership skills in his previous role as the Operation Manager at
Open Square. He oversaw and mentored a team, ensuring efficient project execution with minimal
impact on customers. In addition, Mohammad prioritized the safety of team members and assigned
tasks based on their abilities, effectively guiding the team to achieve project goals.
Before that, as the Business Owner of the Deep-Sea Group of Companies, Mohammad played a crucial
role in overseeing logistics and transportation projects. He managed vendor relationships, built effective
supply chains, and worked closely with logistics and finance departments to ensure smooth operations.
Mohammad's ability to handle multiple responsibilities and collaborate with different teams contributed
to the organization’s success.
Mohammad's exceptional communication skills and ability to thrive under pressure have been
instrumental in managing teams and achieving business goals. With his intense focus on financial
management, organization, teamwork, customer service, leadership, and communication, Mohammad
possesses the skills necessary to adapt to diverse business environments. In addition, his dedication to

Wafiullah zahin

Position: Program Director

My name is Wafiullah Zahin, and I was born in May 1993 in Kabul, Afghanistan. I graduated high school and got my bachelor’s degree in law and political science in Kabul. My first job was at Afghanistan Election Commission as an Internal Observer along with international observers in 2014 and after that, I started working at AWA (Afghan Women Association) as a public awareness. I was helping Afghan Women in different minor parts, such as literacy, benefits of polio Vaccine and social live. Then, I started working at Head of the minister office in Ministry of Urban Development and Housing as a program manager and computer operator. I worked there for two years. After I came to the US, I started working for sky chefs, amazon and allied universal and during that I received the Work Ready program certificate. But Social services and social working has been always my passion that finally I got hired at IRC (International Rescue Committee) as interpreters’ leader in New Mexico and later, I started working as a Case Manager. Furthermore, I have experience of working with North Auburn Rehab as a social service manager. Along with that, I have joined in so many conferences related to immigration and social services such as IRC health development program, Northwest Immigration services conferences for new Afghan evacuees and more. I believe and accepted this Task (social services/ Helping others) as a carrier and passion with full of enthusiasm and commitment.

Said hiabib shah sadat

Position: Finance Director

Sayed Habib Shah Sadat is an organized and dedicated professional committed to making a positive impact. He hails from Kabul, Afghanistan, and holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from a university in Kabul.
Throughout his career, Sayed Habib Shah has demonstrated expertise in various fields. He started his professional journey as a Logistics Assistant at Afghan Telecom, where he played a crucial role in managing logistical operations. He then joined OXFAM GB, Afghanistan, as a Senior Logistics Officer, utilizing his skills to contribute to logistics management. Following his time at OXFAM, Sayed Habib Shah transitioned to GEO-CHEM Middle East as a Procurement Manager. In this role, he displayed a strong aptitude for managing procurement operations and ensuring supply chain management efficiency.

Sayed Habib Shah further expanded his professional experience as a Contract Specialist at NATO (North Atlantic Treaty Organization). He successfully handled contract-related responsibilities in this capacity, contributing to the organization's operational success. In addition to his professional endeavors, Sayed Habib Shah is a Deputy Director at the Afghan Community Research & Empowerment Organization for Development (ACREOD). Through this role, he remains dedicated to empowering Afghan communities and spearheading various developmental initiatives. Sayed Habib Shah holds pivotal positions at the Universal Wellness and Relief Association. He serves as a Board and Finance Director member, where he leverages his financial expertise to support the organization's mission.  Recently, Sayed Habib Shah embarked on a new chapter of his professional journey by relocating to the United States from Denmark. He is driven by a strong desire for personal growth and seizing new opportunities in his career.
With a diverse background in logistics, procurement, contract management, and community development, Sayed Habib Shah Sadat is poised to make a meaningful impact and contribute to the success of organizations in the United States. His meticulous approach and excellent organizational and communication skills set him apart as a valuable asset in his field.

Abdul Wakil

Position: Business Development Consultant

Abdul Wakil is a highly-skilled, accomplished professional with over 12 years of experience in program management and organizational development. His expertise in project management, planning, budgeting, and business development, as well as his fundamental skills in research, evaluation, communication, and training, have contributed to the success of organizations. As a business development consultant at [Universal Wellness and Relief Association] he plays a vital role in shaping the organization's strategy, ensuring program quality, fostering partnerships, and effectively managing projects. In addition, he excels in business development and fundraising by cultivating donor
relationships and influencing funding priorities.

Abdul's keen eye for program development has led him to spearhead initiatives in conceptualization, proposal writing, planning, budgeting, donor reporting, and expanding program portfolios. In addition, he meticulously oversees project management cycles, ensuring compliance with donor requirements from planning to implementation, monitoring, and  evaluation. As a skilled leader, Abdul provides technical support and oversight to senior staff, facilitating coordination, communication, and timely reporting. He thrives in crisis management, closely monitoring humanitarian situations and advising on effective response strategies. His ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders has driven program success. Abdul Wakil has a proven track record in organizational development and operational management. Before his current role, he served as an Organizational Development professional with international organizations, conducting research, gap analysis, and needs assessment surveys to assess organizational readiness for change. As a Program Operations Manager, he ensured the seamless execution of operations, project administration, and customer satisfaction. In addition, he effectively aligned organizational development needs with regulations, enabling the successful implementation of strategic planning and change management.
Abdul Wakil holds an MBA and a BBA. In addition to that, he has augmented his skills through
specialized training programs, including Total Quality Management Certification ISO 9001:2015 and
project management. Abdul Wakil's excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills enable him to engage stakeholders effectively. His advanced computer literacy and quick knowledge acquisition further contribute to his success in various roles. He is known for his natural leadership, collaborative approach, and resourcefulness in problem-solving. Colleagues and partners highly regard his positive attitude, honesty, and reliability. Abdul Wakil's strong language skills facilitate effective communication with diverse stakeholders. Outside work, he is interested in research, study, reading, and writing.
